About Donald D. Gruber
Donald D. Gruber was born July 13, 1947 in Decatur, Illinois. He earned a B.F.A. from Millikin University an MA from the University of Illinois and an Ed.D. at Illinois State University. He is a Retired Educator at Clinton Illinois Schools and Owner/ Artist at Moon Dog Studio. He specializes in acrylics, paper cuts and watercolor, and is the Decatur, Illinois Park District Watercolor Instructor. Donald has written Journal articles and is an Author of 2 books. He is a past member of the Illinois State Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa. Donald is a Distinguished Member of the Illinois Art Education Association. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, writing, restoring antiques and building furniture.
