About Dr. John B. deGraft-Johnson
Dr. John B. deGraft-Johnson received his M.D. at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine and his General Surgery Residency at New York Methodist Hospital Weil Cornell Medical College and he completed his Internship in Surgery at Navy Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. He is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon at First California Physician Partners. He has over 20 years Surgical Expertise, with Special Interest in Peripheral Vascular Disease, Lung Cancer and Foregut Robotic Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. deGraft-Johnson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the American Association of Thoracic Surgeons, Society of Thoracic Surgeons, National Medical Association, American Medical Association and the Society of Black Academic Surgeons.
