Pittsley earned his M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School, his Internship and residency was completed at Kaiser Medical Center and his Fellowship was at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Dr. Pittsley is Founder and Owner of a private practice located in Lansing, Michigan. He specializes in Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, Osteoporosis, Arthritis and Lupus. He was named as Best Doctors in America, America's Top Doctors, Doctors of Excellence and is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. He has several publications to his credit and is a national speaker on Rheumatology. Dr. Pittsley is a member of the Michigan Rheumatism Society. He is affiliated with Sparrow Hospital and was Past Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Michigan.
