Brooklyn, NY - Kevin L. Flynn has been honored by the Global Who's Who for outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of Corrections. 

About Kevin L. Flynn


Kevin L. Flynn attended Central Missouri State University where he majored in Computer Science, minoring in Communications. He is a Retired Captain from the NYC Department of Corrections where he specialized in the supervision of staff ensuring the proper provision of Care , and Control of the inmates placed in the Custody of the Department . The Correction Officers Benevolent Association (COBA) honored him as their Captain Of The Year in 2013. Kevin's other responsibilities included supervising staff as inmates were being transported to and from the numerous courts in the five (5) boroughs of New York City. Kevin went on to become a NYS Certified Instructor in the fields of First Aid/CPR ,Chemical Agents, Infectious Diseases, Firearms /Tactics and Leadership. He was honored by The Circle of SisStars as their Man Of The Year for 2018. He served in the US Air Force , is a member of the Freemasons, Order of the Eastern Star , and the National Organization of Black law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) where he currently is a Director on the New York Chapters board. Kevin likes to spend his free time fishing, bowling, and is working on his golf swing..
