About Sandy Hennum
Sandy Hennum received a B.A. in Community and Patient Education and an M.A. at the University of Phoenix. Sandy is Executive Director at Ours to Service House of Hospitality, located at 525 Mississippi Ave., N.W., in Bemidji, Minnesota. She specializes in leadership, education and public speaking. It is a temporary shelter and supportive services for families experiencing homelessness. Sandy worked for long term care facilities as Director of Recreational Therapy and Volunteer Services for 30 years and teaches classes to activity professionals. She is a member of the Bemidji Prevention Alliance and Minnesota Statewide Activity Professional. Sandy is married to Peter Hennum with 2 children, Kyle and Kayla. In her free time, she enjoys golf and playing the piano.
